此插件允许按项目设置文本格式。
它还可以按项目模块更改文本格式。（例如，问题跟踪、Wiki、新闻、论坛...）
安装说明
- 将插件目录复制到插件目录中（确保名称为redmine_per_project_formatting）
- 执行迁移
rake redmine:plugins:migrate RAILS_ENV=production
- 启动Redmine
- 在项目设置屏幕中配置每个项目的文本格式
