此插件为Outlook（桌面版）添加了“发送到Redmine”的右键菜单。
点击“发送到Redmine”的右键菜单，将打开带有邮件主题和内容的票据创建表单。
通过确认票据创建表单，在Redmine中创建票据。
此插件目前不是多语言。
仅支持日文符号，但可能也适用于其他语言。
安装说明
1. 下载并解压SendToRedmine.zip。

2. 运行setup.exe。
