Redmine 用户页面宏。
此宏生成与用户登录名匹配的页面链接。

- 正确渲染无参数的宏（即
{{userpage}}）以供邮件发送器使用 - 对于邮件发送器，渲染完整的链接路径而不是相对路径，例如
https://myredmine/path/to/page而不是 /path/to/page
